Hello, my name is Todd E. Hildebrand, owner of Bellingham Green House Cleaning. Cleaning isn't rocket science, but it still requires excellent attention to detail and is a very physical job, which is one of the things I love about it.

I've had up to eight employees in the past, and honestly, I got really tired of having to continually check behind them. So years ago, I decided I would clean fewer houses and do them myself to ensure a quality job.

Our Job

I clean everything that can be cleaned, within reason. The first few times I clean I like to do a walkthrough with you when I finish just to make sure everything is perfect. If you do discover something I missed after I leave I will gladly come back that day or the next to make your home sparkle. I bring all my own eco-friendly products. If there's something you specifically want used I will be happy to use it.

I charge by job, not by the hour. In my experience, I find that cleaners who charge by the hour tend to clean much more slowly since the slower they clean, the more money they make. Charging by the job ensures you always know the cost before I clean. I clean with a sense of urgency but never at the expense of doing an excellent job. After finishing a room I will always go back and recheck everything.
